Long service life and high performance capability

The HITCH Trolleys by Series Professional are highly professional pieces of equipment, the service life of which in any situation and under heavy loads exceeds the service life of other equipment with the same functionality. This advantage is provided by the application of carbon coating technology.
This carbon coating is applied to the gears of the HITCH Trolleys in an extremely thin layer, thus ensuring the components have higher strength than steel without the coating. At the same time, the coating reduces friction and wear and tear, which is also important for the durability of the equipment. This has a positive effect on productivity, reducing the possibility of scuffing and pitting, and the level of noise of the trolleys. Combined, the HITCH Trolleys has a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance, characteristics which are confirmed with the offer of a five year warranty* (optional).

Clear marking

Each HITCH product is accompanied with a unique serial number and mechanical class marking that allows you to quickly and accurately determine the characteristics and the type of equipment.

Identification according to mechanical class

To simplify the determination of modes of loading, the manufacturer has developed technology for marking mechanical HITCH classes. Belonging to a specific mechanical class is indicated by different colors. The equipment used in industry to operate in conditions of high and medium loads is colored black, and corresponds to M4-M5 classes. The equipment used in industry to operate in conditions of medium and low loads is painted in green and corresponds to the M2 class.

Class of use of the mechanism is determined by the expected total duration of operation, calculated in hours, as well as the nominal classes, shown in Table 1:

Loading mode

Load Mode determines the relative duration of work with the equipment in the conditions of maximum or reduced load. Table 2 shows the nominal loading modes.
The nominal value of the load factor for the equipment is also determined in Table 2 (the actual value that is closest to the nominal ratio is significant).

A large number of spacer washers provides quick and easy adjustment for different widths, such as wide-flange H-beams, standard I-beams or curved tracks.

Smooth motion and minimal maintenance trolley service

Enclosed bearings with lifetime lubrication eliminate the need for technical maintenance of the trolley and provide smooth, trouble-free operation during movement of the loads.

Protection from falls and damages

HITCH TR200 Series Trolleys are equipped with a protective bumper that securely holds the trolley on the beam in case of falling. The bumper protects trolley wheels from damage in collisions with a beam stopper or other trolleys on the beam.

Quick technical inspection

Our equipment is completed with the use of nuts with nylon inserts that prevent spontaneous loosening and allow mechanics to quickly dismantle it for inspection and simple repairs.
