Loading mode

Hooks/Load security

The design of hooks made of alloy steel, was designed by Hitch. The peculiarity of this important element of the hoist is that when excessive load hook is not destroyed, and gradually stretched, pointing to overweight, and provides added security during lifting. The operator can promptly react to the situation and prevent an accident.
It is known that the use of equipment with a hook, which is damaged or broken safety latch, is prohibited. Therefore, Hitch company specially developed cast steel thick-walled safety latches and fixes them at the base in order to increase safety. The notch on the end of the latch and on the end of the hook is engineered to engage the tip of the hook to protect against lateral impact damage.
Top and bottom hooks are fitted with a wide throat, which makes it easy to fix the load. The hooks can be rotated 360 degrees for quick and easy operation.

Load chain

The chain galvanized calibrated, tested in the USA by Hitchlifting Inc., meets the requirements of class G80 chain strength. Provides safety and a long service life of the hoist. Galvanized load chain has several advantages:
- corrosion resistance for aggressive operating environments
- service life is much higher than a normal chain G80
- greater purity of the chain and all the hoist mechanism
This model is characterized by the letter «G»-Galvanic  in Hitch model's row.

Ease of chain management

The standard mechanism of "free-wheel mode" chain is suitable for the rapid attachment of the load and chain runs through the hoist in both directions.

Heat-treated plates

Heat treated bearing plates provide high rigidity needed to maintain the shape of the housing and the effective operation of equipment, regardless of the load on the hoist. The process of heat treatment also prevents abrasion material in contact time of loaded chains with side plates.

Brake system

The brake system double-pawls has been designed to provide additional security and reliability. An additional and important safety factor is the protection function when in freewheel mode. If the load begins to abruptly fall, the hoist brake is triggered instantly and securely.

Ergonomic handle is rotated 360 degrees

Due to the short lever length of 63 inches, the operator can work in confined spaces, and at high-altitude, where standard equipment is not usually available.
Full handle rotation of 360 degrees allows the operator to use the most convenient grip of the hoist for maximum range of motion and, as a consequence, increase the efficiency of working with the hoist. On the short lever with ribs attached rubber handle that provides a comfortable grip under any climatic conditions.

Minimum physical efforts

The advanced reducer system (with 5 transmissions in its gearbox) provides a slight force on the lever of only 26-53 lbs at a rated load. To ensure its durability, all of the main parts and gears have been made from alloy steel and heat treated.
